Why Choose Kinesiology & Ayurveda?
Both Kinesiology and Ayurveda offer a way to understand your body’s signals and restore balance from a deeper level. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, they help reveal how your body has adapted to stress over time, and how those patterns may be influencing your energy, digestion, mood, and overall wellbeing.

Many people sense that something feels “off”, but assume it’s just how they are. Over time, stress can become so familiar that it feels normal. Yet the body is always communicating through subtle signals such as tension, fatigue, digestive changes, and emotional reactivity.

Kinesiology uses muscle testing to identify where the body is holding stress, whether physical, emotional, or mental. Ayurveda complements this by mapping patterns of imbalance across core systems such as digestion, sleep, and energy, helping to understand how these states develop and interact over time.

When the body is under ongoing stress, it naturally shifts into a protective mode. This can affect breathing patterns, muscle tension, posture, and emotional responses. In this state, it’s common to override fatigue, suppress emotions, and rely on overthinking as a way to create a sense of control or safety.
State Stress Balanced
System Fight / flight Calm / safe
Body Tight, held Soft, open
Breath Shallow Deep
Mind Overthinking Clear
Emotions Held / reactive Processed / steady
Energy Drained Steady
Often, the challenge isn’t knowing what might help, but being in a state where the body can actually receive change. When the nervous system begins to shift out of survival patterns, there is more space for clarity, steadiness, and ease.

By working with these underlying patterns and supporting the body to release stored stress, Kinesiology and Ayurveda can help guide the system back toward balance, supporting calmer energy, clearer thinking, and healthier digestion in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

Hi, I am Sylwia Jagiello.

About Me
How Can I Help?
❞
I aim to meet you where you are.
In my practice, I support clients experiencing physical discomfort, as well as mental and emotional stress, and the patterns that may be contributing to them.

My work combines Kinesiology and Ayurveda, alongside a background in counselling, PhD research in wellness, and my own experience navigating physical limitations.

This has shaped how I understand the body’s signals and the influence of subconscious patterns. When these patterns become clearer, it becomes easier to move out of survival-based responses and into a more grounded, steady way of functioning.

How Can Kinesiology Help You?
Muscle testing (also called muscle monitoring) is a way of observing how your body responds in real time. It works by gently checking changes in muscle tone as the body reacts to different inputs, which can reflect how your system has adapted to stress and past experiences.
This process helps highlight where the body may be holding tension or imbalance, and where support may be needed. It is not a quick fix, but a way of listening more closely to the body’s signals when the nervous system is often overwhelmed or overstimulated.
As these patterns become clearer, it becomes easier to understand what your body has been communicating through symptoms, tension, or fatigue. From this place of awareness, you can begin to notice your patterns more clearly — including protective responses, areas of strain, and built-in resilience — and gradually shift from automatic reactions into more conscious choices in how you respond.

FAQs

Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic approach that uses muscle monitoring to identify imbalances across your structural, chemical, emotional, and energetic systems. It supports your body's natural ability to restore balance and promotes overall well-being.

Ayurveda is an ancient system of natural medicine from India that focuses on balancing your body's energies (doshas) through diet, lifestyle, herbs, and therapies. It promotes health, longevity, and supports the management of chronic conditions by improving digestion, immunity, and overall balance.

Kinesiology identifies energy blockages, while Ayurveda provides practical tools to restore balance. Together, they offer a powerful, personalised approach to healing the root cause—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

If you're dealing with stress, anxiety, fatigue, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, chronic pain, or simply want to feel more like yourself again—this work can help.

Session Length: First sessions are 75–90 minutes; follow-ups are typically 60–90 minutes.
Treatment Plan: The number of sessions varies—some see results in 1–3, others benefit from ongoing support.
Format: Ayurveda consultations are available online. Kinesiology is best in person, but remote sessions are available when needed.
Preparation: For Kinesiology, wear comfortable clothes and avoid heavy meals or caffeine. For Ayurveda, bring notes about your diet, lifestyle, and health concerns.

These methods work well alongside conventional care. Always inform your healthcare provider. While not typically covered by standard insurance, some extended plans may offer reimbursement—check with your provider.

I combine the insight of muscle testing with the deep wisdom of Ayurveda to uncover the root of your symptoms and guide your healing — gently and effectively.

Clients often feel more energised, calmer, sleep better, and experience improved digestion and overall well-being. Everyone’s journey is unique, and your results will reflect your body’s own pace and needs.

Occasionally, people feel a bit tired or emotional after a session—this is a normal part of the healing process and usually passes quickly.
